Doubt regarding NJ transit from Newark to Port Authority?

NY gurus, I plan to stay at one of the hotels which offer complimentary shuttle from hotel to airport-ewr. i found the below schedule from EWR to port. Can you please confirm if i can use this to travel from my hotel to port authority bus terminal. I was worried if i can easily reach the origin point. I never been to EWR before. can somebody explain what the below lines mean. 1. I'm not sure exactly what those numbers are. I would suspect it is a private service run through the hotel. I would speak with the concierge for clarification. But if you are worried about access to and from Manhattan from EWR, don't be. There are so many way to easily get back and forth. I think the easiest is the Newark Airport Express. If you are staying around mid-town, it picks up from Grand Central, all the way down 42nd to Port Authority.
