common sence question for you public transportaion people?

what should i do if the bus schedule says it picks up going back to transit bus stop by the post office but it never stops on its rounds, i missed an appointment that way.not good for a person just learing the bus system.

1. no other choice, take one more time pay more carefully, and call for another appointment
2. Were you standing in the shadows, to where the bus driver could not see you were waiting for the bus? Because a bus usually does not stop at a scheduled stop unless there is someone waiting. If they can't see you, you gotta wave and be really obvious.
