What to do about poor customer service in airlines/buses?

I, for one, am getting extremely frustrated and impatient with crowded planes and buses, rude personnel (especially in Greyhound), long delays and fewer routes and less frequent schedules. What would you advocate to make the airline and bus industry, as a whole, more efficient, less crowded and provide better customer service and better routes?

  1. Tell us all about it, and we'll help get the word out. I still believe in good-old-fashioned boy coting!
  2. When you want action, go to the top--find the corporate hHQ and write a detailed letter explaing your experiences without exaggerating. If that produces no result, My suggestion is try Amtrak.
  3. Instead of being patient like some of the rest of us try walking to your destination, see how you like that.
  4. drive a car and quit whining. people need to get around so maybe you should set an example and not breed , to many people to move.
