What Are your greyhound bus experiences?

If you took a Greyhound Bus within the last 3 - 4 months, I'm interested in your feedback. I am planning on taking a 24 hour Greyhound trip in the near future and was just wondering how their service has been recently. If you can, please answer the following questions: Were all your buses on or close to schedule? Was your driver friendly or rude? Were any of your buses so full that you had to wait for the NEXT bus? If so, how long did you have to wait? Did they add extra buses to accomodate passengers if needed? Do they honor your ticket even if you leave on an earlier or later scheduled bus? If you missed your transfer, did you have to get a new ticket? If so, how did that process work? Any other comments? I'm looking for people who actually took Greyhound and can share their honest experiences.

1. I know you're looking for recent, so sorry for this older , possibly irrelevant, information. I took Greyhound from Omaha to Minneapolis about 6 years ago and everything was fine in terms of time/schedule/friendly driver, etc, but the guy next to me had a cold and coughed a lot. I caught his cold and was pretty sick during my time in Minneapolis. Lesson? Bring hand sanitizer.
