What year would make a Charter Bus be considered old?

I'm looking to charter a bus and wanted to get some idea of what I should look for, especially what constitutes a charter bus to be considered old? What year? What lack of amenities? What should I require the company to provide me to ensure we're getting the best bus and deal?

1. Old means something different to each person so there is no answer. You should get a maintance sheet with a list of the maintance done to the Bus while in operation
2. Ten years old would make a school bus obsolete.
