If there are times missing on a bus schedule, do they still go there?

I'm planning on taking a bus today, and the time for my stop are just blank on the schedule. Does the bus not go there at these times?

1. Nope, it doesn't make that stop. Only at the times listed, otherwise it drives on by.
2. sometimes it doesnt...also sometimes times arent listed but there is a star and a number, for example after 12:00 it might say 20* meaning once every 20 minutes
