How often is train from ULN to Hothot and how do I go from there to HKG by bus/train? Know the schedules?

I am looking for speedy alternative bus/train routes from Ulaan Baatar to Beijing since train from Ulaan Bataar to Beijing is already fully booked.

1. why not fly? try www.ctrip.com or www.elong.com what I have seen so far on the internet is that there are major bus routes between towns but most roads are not paved, it looks like your best bet is to fly

You can try to catch a local train between UB & Zamin Udd,the Mongol border town,the Chinese side town is named Erliang,from there you can board an overnight sleeper bus to Beijing,it is long and tiring,however thats one alternative you have. Train........Ulaanbaatar - Hohhot Train no: 034, Mon /Fri dep: 20.25,arrival: Next day 20.49,from Hohot there are several trains running daily connecting with Beijing . Beijing to Hong Kong: train T 97 dep:10.06 am, arr:11.52 am(next day) daily service.
