Question regarding Philidelphia International Airport Shuttle Bus Schedules and Terminals?

I am going to be going on a trip soon and I have a connection in Philidelphia International- approx how long does it take to get from terminal F to terminal C? Also- I read that there is a shuttle bus from terminal F to C- is this faster than walking/running through terminals- what is the schedule for this bus (how often does it come)- is 1 hour 20 minutes enough time to get from one to the other?

  1. 1hr 20 min should be plenty of time to make your connection, assuming there are no severe delays into PHL. It's definitely faster to take the shuttle. http://www.phl.org/faq.html#8 "Free shuttle bus service is available at Terminal F, Gate F-10, to Gate C-16 (Terminals C,D and B) and Gate A-1 (Terminals A-East and A-West). Buses at C-16 and A-1 provide service to Terminal F only. " I believe the shuttle runs pretty frequently although, to be honest, it's been a while since I've been in PHL. Still, it will probably be MUCH easier, as it is a bit of a hike to walk between terminals. Given that USAir has all of C and F and there are probably quite a number of connections, you shouldn't have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a bus. You can always register and ask at the FlyerTalk forums. The links below are for the Northeast regional forum and the USAir forum, respectively. Good luck!
