Complaints against charter buses?

I traveled this past weekend with a charter bus company that provided AWFUL service. First of all the bus had tons of mechanical problems, and then it had a cracked front tire. I think that was very dangerous. Don't want to mention a ton of other things wrong with this bus company but want to do something about it. They need to stop putting people's lives in danger. Does any one know what I can do? where I can complain?

1. Call the department of transportation and report these issues. It may be called something else depending on where you live.This is a serious issue.
