NJ Transit Bus Schedule? I need a bus that can go from Willingboro town center to the (shoppes at Hamilton 549 route 130 in Hamilton new jersey.) I don't know a bus route. Also what is a bus that goes to six flags from willingboro town center I can't find one for them either.
Are the places in the NJ Transit bus schedule the only places the bus stops? I used the Itinerary Planner of the website and it told me to ride the 780 bus and get off at Essex St. and Huyler St. in Hackensack, but I don't see that stop in the schedule for the 780 bus. I don't want to ride the bus and then end up skipping that area, where I have to get off. Also, the trip planner told me to get on the 74 bus on Mill St. and Union Ave., but according to the map, the bus goes there in limited service. What does that mean? Should I go there or should I get on the bus on another location? I have to go with a couple of friends somewhere using the bus tomorrow, and I don't want to get ourselves lost. Last question. How do bus transfers work? Hehe. Thanks for all the help.
Does NJ Transit run on opening day to Six Flags? I recently tried to search for info about the NJ Transit Bus Schedule, but there's no information about it. Do they usually run on opening day? On the 27th of March me and my friends want to go for some thrills...
Will someone help me with California Bay Area bus schedules? I can get to downtown Santa Rosa Transit station, and from there on i want to go to San Francisco. i know that i can take the SR Transit Mall (2nd & B): Route 101 at 12:46, but i don't know where that takes me exactly in SF. i want to get to Peir 39, so i would also need to know the time and place for that bus. And how to get back too would be quite dandy.

What does this mean? HELP.? I was looking at the New Jersey Transit bus schedules online, and I noticed that for this Friday it says "Port Authority Bus Terminal Early Getaway Bus Service Friday, July 1, 2011." I'm pretty new to the NjTransit and Port Authority Bus Terminal, so I'm not exactly sure what this means. Please help? I know the answer may seem obvious but I just need to make sure because Friday is when I plan to go there early.
Six Flags Magic Mountain: Which bus route will take me to the employee entrance? I looked it up in the bus schedule, but it's not on the public transit. It only shows the bus that goes to the Six Flags guest entrance, but I know that there is a bus for employees because I've seen it when I get off work. I don't have a car and can't get a ride to work on weekdays, so I need to figure out how to take the bus there.
How can I get a bus schedule? I am trying to find out the schedule for the buses going from Arcata, CA to Eureka, CA. I've only been on the Eureka City Bus, I haven't been on the buses that go between cities. I can't find anything online that makes sense. I am trying to figure out how to get from th Arcata Motel 6 to the Arcata Transit Center, and then I think I've got it from there, but I'm not sure. I am trying to get to Broadway and McCullens in Eureka.

How do I pay for another zone on an NJ Transit bus? I've taken the bus before, but not this particular one. The schedule says that I have to pay for another zone each time I cross a zone boundary. From looking at the map I've determined that I'm going to cross the zone boundary. How do they collect the money from you? Am I going to have to get off and onto another bus? If I do pay for 2 zones instead of 1 upfront, how do they know people aren't paying for 1 zone when they're really riding for 2? I'm confused =/
New Jersey Transit bus? I am traveling from Newark Airport to NYC for the day and I was wondering about New Jersey Transit. I have taken the rail lines before but i do not want to spend the 20$ if a bus is just as efficient. I have explored the NJT website and have looked up the schedules and I know both bus and rail go between the airport and port authority or penn station. My real question is- are the buses safe to take or should I go with the train? The travel times are not that different so thats not an issue. Im afraid that I will go to port authority after my day in the city and get lost and not be able to find the right bus! Has anyone taken the bus? Should I take the bus or spend the extra money to take the rail line?

Where can I get the NJ Transit 409 Bus in Center City Philadelphia? I'm trying to figure out the best place to get the NJ Transit 409 Bus in Center City. On the schedule map, it looks like it starts out going west on Vine St, turns down Broad St, goes around City hall then heads down Market St, then it goes up 6th St. I have to take the train into Center City. if I got off at Market East Station (between 10th and 12th St on market), where is the closest bus stop? Would the 409 stop only at the timepoints on the schedule map or are there stops in between along Market St? I don't have that much time between getting off the train and getting the bus to walk around looking for NJ Transit bus signs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a GO Transit schedule (Ex. http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/en/schedule/pubsched.aspx?table=38&direction=0&day=1&page=1&city=6&station=BOCL&new=Y ), does the arrow in stead of an indicated time to stop mean that the bus or train just passes the station and does not stop there?

Doolin, Ireland Travel Tips? Hi quick question for anyone that's travel savvy when it comes to Ireland. I'm planning to go to Doolin, Ireland this summer and originally I planned to fly in and out of Galway and then bus to Doolin. I found the bus schedule, but I was wondering if anyone knows the area well and knows any helpful info about the transit system. The next stop I'll be making in in Dublin, and again, does anyone know if there is a faster way to get there from Doolin (direct bus line, another airport other than Galway) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Sound Transit Express Schedule? I'm trying to go to Seattle tomorrow from Tacoma, and I believe the best option is for me to take the Sound Transit Express 590 Bus?? Live in SF, and am trying to find a 3-day vacation spot!? I live in downtown SF, and am looking to go to a really beautiful woodland/mountain area for 3 days in January. I would like to have a hostel or small bed & breakfast/cottage. I was going to go up to the Redwoods, but unfortunately since I do not drive I have to abide by the greyhound bus schedule, which does not work for that location. (the times do not match to local transit to get to the only hostel there!) Is there any place that I can get to through transit that is similar or comperable to that sort of scene that I could go to? or, any other possible situation that is similar? I just moved here from Ohio, and am not extremely familiar to the area!!!
Which bus goes from Carney's Point/Penn's Grove, NJ to Philadelphia? I live in Carney's Point/Penns Grove, NJ and I'm looking for a bus that can take me to Philadelphia. I have seen a lot of buses and bus stops that go through here but I don't know which type of buses they are and I don't know their schedules. I tried looking it up on NJ transit but they don't have a bus stop here so could it be a different bust that comes through here? Can somebody please give me a website or some info on where I can find a bus that stops here and can take me to Philadelphia? I will give 10 points to whoever can give me the best answer :) Thanks
Help me choose a shift for my new bus driving job? I drive a commuter bus for a suburban transit organization. Right now, I'm a fill in, but starting next week, I get to pick a regular route and schedule. The senior drivers have some things locked up, but if I'm not fussy about which route, I have a choice of shifts. If I was fussy about the route, and the all are similar, not every route has every shift open. Here's my choices: 4am-8am and 3pm-7pm $14.50/hr 7am-3:30pm $14/hr (not enough seniority) 3:30-12 midnight $14.25/hr Sat 8am-4:30pm $14.25/hr (stand-by 4 weekdays, often get paid $14/hr for doing nothing) Which would you choose? After 90 days, I get my first raise of about 3%. Then about 3-5% annually, depending on how the union negotiates the new contract. As it stands now you start at 85% of scale. After 90 days it goes to 88%. After your first year, 91%, after your 2nd 94%, after your 3rd 97% and after your 4th 100%. The union can only get about 1.5-2% the last two contracts, but have managed to hold on to benefits. Thanks.
Can someone please help me figure out transit plans? Here's what I want to do: Travel from St. Louis, MO in the evening/night (or, if it has to be, in the afternoon) on Friday, June 29 to Mishawaka, IN (near South Bend, IN, about 90 miles east of Chicago), arriving in Mishawaka by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30. Then I need to travel from Mishawaka, leaving no earlier than 4:30 p.m., to get to Kansas City, MO by 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 1. I've looked at schedules on Greyhound and Amtrak, and I've done Google searches for other bus and train lines, but none of them have times that work. (Some have times that work for getting me to South Bend, but then the bus or train doesn't leave until much later after 4:30 p.m. and wouldn't get me to Kansas City in time.) Please, can someone tell me a bus line or train line that has a schedule that works with this or give me tips on how to search for one? Also, I need to know how to get between South Bend and Mishawaka (I don't think major lines go to Mishawaka.) I need an answer a.s.a.p.! Thanks!

Parking in Pike Place (Seattle)? So my fiance and I are looking to go downtown in Seattle (we'd prefer to stay in or near Pike Place) but we have no idea where we are going haha we know how to get downtown and we know how to get to Pike Place but we aren't fond of Pike Place itself quite yet. We'd like to park for a little longer than 2 hours (and we will be doing a lot of shopping so a transit isn't really an option, plus we have no idea what the scheduled bus hours are so....) I know it cuts down on fuel but where would be a great place to park for longer than 2 hours where we can remember where we parked? Preferrably somewhere near or in Pike Place? thanks guys!

Please help me figure out transit plans so I can see Emerson from Mugglenet on his book tour!? It is not the wrong category because Emerson is the founder of Mugglenet, a Harry Potter fansite. Harry Potter is a book and a MOVIE.
Can school buses use the shoulder? When there is traffic Jam on the Highway, Transit buses use the shoulders, and the sign says authorized buses only, so can school buses use, than they are going on a fixed schedule and the kids have to be at their stop at a certain time, otherwise their parents won't be there etc.
HELP!! I don't know how to read the schedule & map for NJ Transit!!? I know that these two buses are the ones I need to take. But I don't know how many zones I'll be traveling through. If I'm taking the 815 at Old Bridge Turnpike at Prospect St, then I'm transferring to 814 at the transfer point at George St. at Albany St, finally I'll get off at the terminal. How many zones am I going to travel? I ask one of the bus drivers, and he said that it's one. But I'm not sure if he knew what I was asking about. Afterwards, I bought my ticket for one zone. But I want to make sure that I have the right ticket. I've never taken any of the buses before, so I have questions that might be the easiest and silliest ones you've ever heard. Do I use just one ticket when I take both of 814 and 815? I'm nervous. The brochure says that passengers are required to have exact fare and bus drivers don't carry cash. What if I'm actually traveling through two zones? Then I won't be allowed to take the bus.... Then I'll be late for my classes.... Here are the schedules for 814 and 815: http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0815.pdf http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0814.pdf Thank you all so so much! >"<
What can I do about my union giving away my job? I am a transit bus driver. I'd be celebrating my 2nd anniversary next month if my union didn't throw me under the wheels. There's 30 of us. The company says no raises unless we can cut staff to 25. I'm 26 out of 30, the top of the bottom. I have perfect attendance. I have no accidents. If you scrape a tree branch coming into a stop, even though there is no damage, that is an accident. You run over a curb and scuff the tire, that is considered an accident. Most drivers have 1-2 per year of this nature. 3 in a year gets you suspended for a day. Two years with 3 each or a 4th in one year means you are fired. You can have one preventable accident with monetary damages. Your 2nd within 4 years means you are fired. I have several customer compliments. I have no complaints. More than a few times I've worked different hours than scheduled without notice, I'm very flexible. I make 14.75 per hour, work 45 hours a week. That's $700.60 per week before taxes. I have health insurance. Those 27-30 drivers are just getting unemployment. Not me. The company is offering me a non-union job, $10 per hour, no benefits, no overtime. If I refuse it, I guess that means no unemployment for me... I'm so screwed. In this job market, there's not much out there for someone like me. I found out a few minutes ago. I went to the library for my lunch hour. A week from today is my last day. I'm on the verge of crying. I don't even want to go back I'm so hurt. What can I do to the union? Between initiation and dues, they've taken $1,500 from me the past two years. Then to get the rest of the members a raise, they threw 5 of us under the wheels of the bus. The vote was 25-5 in favor of getting a raise, even though it meant losing 5 jobs. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out who voted us out.
Teens: What advice do you have about school, for me? I'm going to a new school on September 6th, and I'm going to be in grade 10. It's a high school for 10-12 students, with around 1,500 students that attend. I'm going to be taking the public transit bus. School starts at 8:45, and ends at 3 PM. There's an orientation on the 1st of September where we have a BBQ, get our schedules and pay for our ID etc. I'm nervous that I'll be late for school, won't make any friends and that it's not going to be a fun experience. I'm a little excited, but I have a chance to make a first impression and I want to start off right. Please give me tips and advice about how to approach people, and how to overall organize myself. Thanks.
What would usually happen if a baby was born a preemie? Hi, I am 34w3d pregnant, and sunday, was admitted to the hosp over night because they thought i was going into early labor. So they gave me two of those shots to stop contractions and labor, and im on the pill for of it now. They took the fetal fibronectin test and it came back positive, so the doctors say theres a good chance our baby girl will be born ahead of schedule...possibly in 2 weeks. This hospital doesnt have a NICU area, so we would have to be rbought to the city which is about an hour away. My husband and I dont have a car, or any kind of transportation and have to depend on the transit bus that only runs 4 hours a day to get us where we need to go. Im scared to death that if I have my baby in that hosp, that they will keep her for a month or something, and then we wont be allowed to stay there, so we will have to be an hour away from her every day of the beginning of her life on earth because we have no way of getting to the city to see her....thats going to kill my husband and I horribly. And before anyone asks, no- we have no family that will help us , except my hubbys sister who will only take us MAYBE once a week if we are really lucky. Do you think there is any possibility that due to our situation the hospital would allow us to stay?? I thought that because I am going to try to breastfeed that maybe they will let us stay because of that. But i doubt it from all ive heard. What do you think? what were your experiences?? Also, if she is born at 34/35/36 weeks, how long do babies usually have to stay in the hospital?? and what are their survival rates?? thank you for your answers.
How to get to Laguna Hills from Glendale, Pasadena, Arcadia, or places around these? Hi, I live in La Canada, CA 91011, I can get a ride to places around here like Pasadena, Glendale, Arcadia, etc, but to get to Laguna Hills it would be 1 hour and 21 min which is a bit long, so I want to take a bus to Laguna Hills myself after the ride to the stations. I tried the Google Map's transit scheduler, found out I can go from Glendale Metrolink Station to Laguna Hills. But I was planning to depart on Dec 20 or later, and after Dec 13, the Google scheduler tells me that "Sorry, we don't have transit schedule data for a trip from Glendale Metrolink Station to laguna hills at the time and date you specified." Do I have to wait til this week is over in order for it to compute the schedules after Dec 13? And is there an alternative way to get to Laguna Hills from here besides driving? Or is there another station I can take besides Glendale Metro Station? Thanks for all the helps.
There is a bus driver with a huge attitude problem and a inferiority complex.? Okay to start off it seems that this bus driver is quite infamous. There was one time which directly relates to me where he literally yelled at me because I got off the bus too quickly (like after two stops). It shouldn't really matter to him because I paid him the money, and dude I realized I was on the wrong bus what the hell? And another time he passes by a legit bus stop (and I found out that he needed to stop there on his route so it's a legit stop) almost twice actually, the second time he stopped but of course had to say a rude remark saying how I didn't stop him properly. And one time this happened to another person while I was still on the bus, that stupid bus driver yelled at a poor old lady for not finding a seat fast enough. WTF? It was crowded that day so it was hard to find a seat, and she had a bad leg. It wasn't even that slow either after like only 15 seconds he started to go crazy. Other people that time told the bus driver to shut the fuck up and that's when he finally calmed down, obviously having nothing to say because he's on the wrong. And that's not all, this incident I didn't see this myself but according to my sources there was one time when a guy who didn't know the neighborhood well just asked the bus driver if he could say out loud if a certain bus stop was near. That crazy bus driver snapped at him too saying that he'll know when he sees it. Last time I checked the bus driver could've politely told him, "I'm sorry but it's kind of hectic so I might not be able to do that for you, I'll try, but please do not blame me when I end up not saying it" And including it's no big deal to alert someone when a stop is near. I actually filed a complaint on this guy, but his attitude isn't changing and neither is he getting fired. Should I directly go to the transit office to make him get his act together? And unfortunately sometimes I have to take the bus he's driving because it goes along with my work schedule.
What do i do? Huge work delimma? I have been scheduled to work during school hours.. last time it was overtime and i could not attend becuse i was sick.. but now i cant attend cause its school hours.. i just started work 2 weeks ago and i dont want to keep calling in missing days but it seems like my manager always makes me work the days where im busy. Im leaning towards just going anyways but i have no idea how im going to get home, i usually get a ride from my parents but they are working when it finishes, so i have to A) either take the transit bus home (i dont know the rout home from where my work is, its very far from home) or B) walk around the nearby mall till one of my parents gets off work and is able to pick me up.. work will finish at 4 and my parents wont be finished work till 6.. What do i do? I already missed 1 day from work and i dont want to keep missing days.. it was just last week i said i couldnt come in to work.. what do i do? The other manager told me i was working part time but the new manager put me in for full time so thats why im working on friday and not the weekend.
NYC public transit do's and don't-do's? I have lived in fairly small mid-west cities my whole life. I will soon be going to new york city for the first time and really don't know how the whole bus and subway thing works. I can find rules, routes and schedules online. I need some real life suggetions on what to do and what is a really bad idea to do when traveling around. Alot of people I talk to here in kansas seem to think everyone that gets on a subway is instantly raped, killed and/or mugged. I assume, due to it's continued use, this is not the case.
Public transit to Canada's Wonderland? Hi, i am aware of two ways to go to Canada's wonderland one being the TTC route 165a and the other being the GO train from Yorkdale station but the TTCs route 165a only runs on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays which aren't good for me because i'll be working those days and I need it for Monday and Tuesday. So basically I've taken the GO transit once to Canada's Wonderland but i ended up leaving early to the schedule, I don't know how this works i think that the last GO bus at Canada's wonderland leaves at 8:30 but i have no idea so i'm wondering how do i go to Canada's wonderland and how long will i be able to stay there with the GO bus?

Gardena Bus Route Information? I want to get a detailed route of Gardena Bus Route # 2. I looked up the website at http://www.ci.gardena.ca.us/government/Transportation/Maps.asp but the map only gives timings one way. For example to get from Western/Carson to Imperial/Vermont, how would I know the timings. The map lists timings only for the bus going South on Western ave. What about the one going North on Western ave? Metro transit planner is better as it knows the bus timings for this. However I would like to have a schedule in my hands. Am I missing something? If someone has a schedule for Route # 2 can you please upload it somewhere? Thanks! The bus goes both directions. I have confirmed that. I haven't spoken to the customer service number yet. Its sad they don't have a map online.

Is it worth it to rent a car while in St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Florida? I have seen where you can take trolleys and buses, but I didn't really want to mess with the whole schedule and waiting thing. I AM trying to save on money though. Has anybody used the towns various transit systems and are they easy to use? Do they go to most of the beaches? I'm staying in a hotel near Clearwater Beach, but am going to make my way to other beaches all the way down to Fort De Soto. Thanks!
Two ways to get laid off which is better? I earn a living as a bus driver working for a private company fulfilling a government public transit contract. In my current position, I am #19 out of 24. Actually as of next week, I am #19 out of 20. 4 drivers were cut. Only three trips were cut, but to cover them and others the company is exploiting a flaw in the union contract and adding to the work schedule of most drivers at literally a cost of $3-4 a day per driver (so those of us remaining get a "raise"). This may not be the end of cuts. The company says #20 or #19 could be let go in a few weeks. Even #16 isn't safe... They just don't know. The alternative is to be #5 out of 5 that when the contract expires 1 year from now, #5 is gone. Right now #5 is vacant. #4 is 63 and in poor health, but probably can "hang in" until he's 66. If I take this job, it is about 98% certain I will be cut a year from now. Between now and then, it is 100% certain I am safe. Which would you choose? Yes they are bid runs. Low guys get bumped around every time the bids change.
How do you feel like proposal service cut and fare hike? Have anyone watch news or saw on newspaper? -"W" Train elimination. Replaced by "N" line's current weekend service patern of opearing as Local in Manhattan, then express between Canal St-59th St, Brooklyn via Manhattan Bridge. "Z" train is also gone under this propsal. Also eliminated is weekday 'peak service' J" train express service in Brooklyn between Marcy and Mytrle Aves. "G" opeartes at all times between Court Sq. and Church Ave. Weekend/Late Night service is cut. "F" opeartes as Queens Local, late nights between 21st-QueensBridge and 179th Street, Queens. "M" rush hour service to/from Bay Parkway is also a target for elimination. On bus side. The elimination of all late night bus service in Staten Island except for the S-48, S-53, S-74 and S-78. Other cuts may include: - Fewer transit workers in the subways because 600 or so station agent positions will be axed and about 350 administrative posts. - Longer gaps between scheduled trains at midday and between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. - Expanded subway loading guidelines to allow for more crowding of trains. - Eliminating bus service during late nights and weekends on dozens of routes that have low ridership. -The Closing of several low performing full time 24/7 stations with agents and replacing them with only metrocard vending machines B-51 Downtown Brooklyn-Lower Manhattan weekday bus service is on the chopping block. Weekend X-27/28 Brooklyn/Manhattan express bus service is also gone. Late Night subway service increases to 30-60 minute headways If you not wish this to happen, please sign petititon at Keep New York Moving http://ga3.org/campaign/adv_keepnymovggen?=&qp_source=200811_ad_blog
Local Transit can not honour their own schedules? According to bus schedules, I should have 2 good chanses of catching two different buses to work, within a frame of time. I leave my house at the same time every day, and it's honestly a guessing game/random draw for catching a bus. Also, every day there is a different driver, and they hire temporary drivers. Could this issue really cost me a job? Thanks for all your responses.
How do I deal with my local bus transit company refusing to let me ride the bus because of my Tourette's? I live in TX, & there's this 1 bus driver who gives me hell & embarrasses me every time, & yesterday was the 2nd time he refused to let me on the bus, & he made a threat to report me, & I said, "For what? I didn't even do anything." There was a mixup with the new change in schedule & bus routes, & before the 1st day, he was very rude to me. Long story. But he triggered me off to have a TS outburst, & the supervisor defended his side, & they don't care about my TS. They don't care to know how evil this man is. & I don't see how he still has his job. We have to wait 40 minutes in between routes, & the buses aren't healthy to ride anyway, with too many people peeing & pooping all the time, & the air vents smell like pee. Lots of dirty people. I have a disability, & I have no choice but to depend on the bus. I'm trying to find a job, but no luck.
How to increase web accessibility of bus schedules? I've just added bus and ferry schedules to my website http://mtransit.ca and have been thinking about how to increase accessibility to bus schedules for those who have vision problems. Halifax's official site, unfortunately like many transit company sites, were offering schedules in acrobat format. My tables are very clean HTML tables (with lots of CSS). The W3C accessibility standard appears to be very overwhelming. I don't want to spend a week reading and digesting that. A couple questions: (1) Some routes have schedules many pages long. How could I make these easier to navigate through, yet keep them simple? (2) Any good sites out there that have had good reviews for schedule accessibility.
Help, school bus driving, transit vs conventional? Help, I trained on a transit bus, and we pick up our buses on Monday, I know I am scheduled for a conventional bus, didn't get a chance to practice on the old ones, should I refuse to drive or is the odds in my favor since I trained on the transit? Transit has no hood, vs old style with hood, my first year for school busing kids. Please help!I kept telling them to work me in so I could at least have alittle time to check it out, but time is up, and I don't want to look stupid Monday morning.

If the transit system makes me late for work so often that I get fired, can I sue them the bus company? I have a schedule. I have to show up to work on time, or they might think I'm a flake. The bus does not show up on the scheduled time at my stop consistantly. This makes me 20 minutes late (the next one is 20 min. later). If I get fired because I'm late often, can the bus company be held accountable? The sad thing is that I HAVE ADJUSTED MY SCHEDULE and take the earlier bus!! I am always way early. It's because I'm not a flake that I don't let the bus cause me problems. This is a hypothetical. If I didn't adjust my schedule, I would be late often. It still frustrates me when a bus is a total "no show". I have to be responsible for me being where I say I will (like work) when I say I will... I feel the bus company should as well. They are experts on traffic and knowing what's "doable". There is no exuse for a bus not to show up at all, or to be 15 minutes late.

Does crime happen more often near bus stops? Canadians examined criminal records in British Columbia a few years ago and found a higher incidence of reported crime within 300 meters of public transportation stops. Has anybody asked this question about your scheduled transit routes?
How do I ride a bus? (Live in Surrey, B.C.)? I want to start using public transit. But the problem is that I've never been on a bus and I've only been on a sky-train once when I was 8. I live in Fleetwood, Surrey. Can you explain how to use the bus schedule and everything... I know that I sound kind of pathetic when I say that I've never used a bus. But I'm really serious... T^T I don't even really know what the inside of a bus looks like!!!!!!! Ahhhhhh~~~
Why do white people call transit police when a fight happends on the bus? Today these two black boys were fighting on the bus, I really didnt care bt these white folks started dialing 911 asking for transit police, i stop and told the boys to take it outside which they did. But then, 3 MTA transit police cars pulled up just that quick, because them white people on the bus called it in. And because of them I had to file a report and and I got off of work late and plus I was 30 minutes behind schedule, Why cant white people just leave well enough alone.
Anaheim Bus System? Hopefully someone on here can help me out because I'm bus schedule reading retarded. I'm trying to get from the Amtrak Station to the Hilton at the convention center. Would the best way be to get on rt 430 and would that stop close to my destination? I can't seem to find a list of stops for that... OR should I ride the Resort Transit and would I have to change buses at the hub? Any help would be appreicated. Thanks!

I need to get from St Louis MO to Keokuk IA by bus. Greyhound doesn't have a direct link. How do I do this? When I search for a bus from St Louis to Keokuk (or Mt Pleasant or any area in that part of Iowa) I get this message... "The schedule you requested is not available online. This situation may be due to a route not served by Greyhound Lines, or a restriction in place that does not allow Greyhound to offer another carrier's schedule information online." Does anyone know what bus company DOES serve the St Louis to Iowa routes? I'm from New York and am flying into St Louis on the 30th and have to be in Iowa on the morning of the 31st. I've tried googling bus systems and transit in St Louis but am only getting info for their regional Metro Link transit and no bus companies that have routes into Iowa. Thanks so much!

define a data store in the bus information system.? Organizing from Uptown to Downtown: Using Process Description Tools You are an IT intern for the local transit authority, and the IT manager wants to document the process for a proposed information system. The proposed system will determine if extra buses are needed on a route, and automatically assign them if all other routes are operating on schedule. During peak periods, a dispatcher will be allowed to override the system and shift buses and bus routes as necessary. Follow these steps to complete the documentation of the process: 1. Create a decision table that describes the bus transfer process. 2. Draw a decision tree that describes the bus transfer process. 3. Name four attributes that you can use to define a data flow in the bus information system. 4. Name four attributes that you can use to define a data store in the bus information system.
buses from mercer island to downtown seattle? i moved to mercer island about a month ago from out of state. i just got a job in downtown seattle near the seattle arts measuem and parking seems really expensive. i noticed a big park and ride on the island and checked out the bus websites, but im kind of confused on what bus to take? it looks like both the seattle metro and the sound transit buses pick up at the park and ride and drop off in that area. anyone have any suggestions or pointers on what the better option would be? and are the schedules fairly acurate because from unless im reading the schedule wrong it looks like it takes only about 10 mins for the bus to get downtown from mercer island. that seems really quick? how much traffic time should i factor into riding a bus? sorry for all the questions but back where i used to live i didn't work downtown so i've never really had to deal with commuting into a busy city and am not familiar with riding big city buses.

New Job Crisis? I've just started a new job at a hotel. During my interview I told them that I rely completely on public transit (the bus) - and I know common hotel shifts are 7am-3pm for mornings and 3-11pm. I told them that the earliest I can get there for is 7:30am and the latest I can stay on any given shift is 10:30pm. They understood, and despite this offered me the job, which I took because I do need the money. I had my first shift today and looked at the schedule to see that they have me on two shifts this week starting at 7 - which I can't get there for! It already costs me $60 for the bus pass so I cannot afford an extra $20 cab fare EACH time I need to get a ride to work. There is noone I can car pool with and we can't afford a car being recent college graduates. How do I tell this new job they can't give me those shifts (which I specifically told them in the interview) or how do I say this position isn't working out for me.
How long until Manila and/or Philippines map-searchable? How long until: - you can use Google maps / Yahoo maps / Yehey maps or any web-based mapping, directions, yellow pages, or white pages (with links to maps)? - you can plan a trip on public transpo in Manila (for starters)? See: Chicago CTA/RTA trip planner http://tripsweb.rtachicago.com/ New York's MTA trip planner http://www.mta.info/index.html Input start and end points, time of departure or time of arrival, and specification for fastest route / fewest transfers / shortest walking distance, and the **web app** will suggest a set of scheduled transports **including total cost for the trip**. If you can tell someone the routes of buses, jeepneys, and trikes, then a computer can do it. If a bus conductor or jeepney driver can compute the fare for your leg of his route, then a computer can do it. So: when? On YAP, lots of ppl ask for public transpo routes. In Chgo or NYC, I ask their transit authority's web app - it's better than the average Chgoan or NYer.
Do you like this joke? Blond calls the transit company and says "I would like to get schedules for three of your bus routes, please." Operator replies, "Yes, Ma'am, what are the routes?" Blond replies, "Well first I would like the 'Number 47 Main Street', and second I would like the 'Number 125 City Circle Loop." Operator then says "What about the third route Ma'am?" Blond pauses and says "Well I couldn't see a number on the bus I saw." Operator says "Well did it say the name of the route?" Blond perks up and replies "It sure did, right on the front sign it said 'Out Of Service'!"
