Has anyone taken the Mega Bus to Atlantic City From NYC? My gf and I are planning on taking mega bus from NYC to Atlantic City in the near future. According to the mega bus website, it states that those trips are offered by Academy Bus Lines. I am confused because the mega bus does NOT offer tickets and just gives you a confirmation number to present to the driver. However, Academy Bus Lines seem to use a ticket-based system according to their website AND their AC fares are much higher. My question is are these trips really taken on Academy Bus and are their drivers aware of mega bus's paperless ticket routine? Anyone who has gone to Atlantic City via mega bus, please let me know how the ticket process works in detail. Thank you very much!
An Academy, Fast rollercoasters, Jumping from buildings, What did it all mean? Please tell me? I’m going to attend a new academy. There are two ways to get it, or so I think, one is to form a line by the street and wait for the school bus to arrive and the other is to climb a staircase. I climb the staircase I see that the top is kind of like a landing, but instead of solid ground, it’s just a ton of poles spaced several feet apart and a surrounding wall, with maybe a foot or so of floor. I go onto the floor and crouch next to this one guy. He tells me that this is where the kids go to skip a head in line and immediately get to the bus by falling in the area in-between the poles it’s supposed to be an act of belief or, at least, that’s what they’re told. What really happens is the obvious, they fall to the ground and go splat that’s why the lines on the ground are so long. Just then a girl lets herself fall. Later on in the dream, the academy is taking us on a tour of rollercoasters, only they go way faster than they’re supposed too. So fast that I’m shaken by the experience, there is one that especially scares me. The next day we go on them again, only this time, when I get to the one that really scares me, I get off and go down another hallway. There I see my tennis team, my family (close and extended) and this guy I’ve had a crush since I was eight lol (we get along real real well, but never see each other since he lives far away). My coach then sends out all our worst players to play and they get crushed. I just watch my crush from the sidelines, I can’t get to him or my family because of the tennis court, there is no way to get across it unless you’re allowed to play, he’s just sighing heavily while watching the matches and appears to be looking at his watch as well as looking around. Everyone else is staring at the matches transfixed. When it gets to the gets to the last match I try and get another glimpse of him, but he is gone.
Getting from Victoria to O2 Academy Brixton? I can get the Victoria line to Brixton, but then will i need to get buses? more detail the better! thanks!
are camera allowed at the academy of sciences in SF, California? I have become quite paranoid about bring in camera to museums, but ive heard the Academy of Science is really cool, and i want to take pictures. Last year i went to this musem in LA, The Getty Musem and I had forgotten that my camera was in my purse, but i had left the battery in my hotel. they made us walk through a metal detector, and just as i was standing in line, i realized that my camera, without its batteries was in my purse. So i freaked out and tried to get back to my bus (im a middle school student) but my teachers wouldnt let me. So i just stayed in the line, and then went through the detector. of course it went off, and i started to explain very politely that my camera had no batteries, therefore, it could take no pictures because it couldnt turn on. i even showed them, and explained i wasnt allowed to go back to my bus. they made me take my camera, and stick it in the garbage. it was a really really nice Sony Cybershot, the security guard got SO mad at me when i refused to throw away my camera he kicked me out of the museum, and i got an F on the assignment and it was a HUGE mess. and thats why im so paranoid. Please let me know if they allow cameras!!!!!!
Thousands of DeKalb students may lose bus service??? Do you think this is right? Hi I live on atlanta georgia and this is news to me read the article below and tell me what you think see if you like it They are doing my children wrong Dekalb County school officials may end the practice of busing students beyond their neighborhood campus — a controversial decision that would end decades of service to magnet and other choice schools that began with desegregation. The draft plans, expected to be announced today, come as the system wrestles with funding cuts, soaring fuel prices and declining student enrollment. School officials say the busing change alone would save the system $5.9 million a year. Recent headlines: Thousands of DeKalb students may lose bus rides School board seeks legal advice on buyouts 8 qualify for school board seat • DeKalb County news The change affects about 5,600 of the school district’s 99,600 students, including those who may be enrolled in magnet schools, charter schools and academic theme schools or who transferred from lower-performing campuses. It will bring DeKalb more in line with other metro Atlanta school systems, officials say. Cobb County, for example, provides transportation to its magnet high schools, but students are not picked up door to door as DeKalb has done. Gwinnett County does not provide out-of-area transportation for its choice schools. In DeKalb, Superintendent Crawford Lewis expressed frustration at what he calls “a brain drain” of the most successful students from neighborhood schools. Stopping bus service to magnet schools could mean more of those students stay close to home. DeKalb officials expect an angry reaction from parents who have come to rely on the busing service. Many, such as Ellenwood resident Christine Norman, say sending their child to magnet or choice schools is essential. Although several choice schools in DeKalb score among the top schools in Georgia, the number of DeKalb schools overall meeting federal testing goals plunged this year to 54 percent — the lowest in metro Atlanta. “We do what she has to do to go to a school where learners are a majority,” said Norman, whose 10th-grade daughter attends the DeKalb Early College Academy, a choice school in Stone Mountain. Her daughter is zoned to attend Cedar Grove High School, which did not meet testing goals. “If she had to go back to her home school, learners are a minority,” said Norman. That’s not an option, she stressed. “I would walk her there [to DECA] if I had to.” Details of the new busing plans will be presented this evening at the first of at least four parent meetings officials will hold over the next two weeks. A presentation to school board members is expected Sept. 26. A formal vote by the board, however, is not expected until January. DeKalb already began some transportation changes at the start of this school year, when officials announced the system will no longer bus transfer students allowed to leave their home campus under federal law — a move that affected about 1,265 students. The system could not afford to buy or lease the 45 additional buses needed to accommodate those students this year. Their parents instead may file for federally funded mileage reimbursement. That reimbursement, however, does not exist for students who choose to attend DeKalb-specific schools and programs such as a magnet school. School officials originally planned to recommend outright that so-called “out-of-area” busing be stopped starting next school year. They now say they are open to suggestions from the community, although it is clear they want to make changes. “What we’re saying to parents is, ‘Here’s what we’re dealing with. What do you think we should do?’ ” said Robert Moseley, DeKalb’s associate superintendent for administrative services, who has spearheaded the planning. “Every dollar spent on transportation [outside of neighborhood schools] is a dollar that could be spent on education,” Moseley said. “It’s money there’s no state funding for.” The system over the spring and summer assembled an 18-member transportation task force, which included members from MARTA, Coca-Cola and other school systems. Lynn Simpson, who oversees Fulton County schools’ transportation, was on the task force. She said the group did not directly recommend stopping bus service outside students’ home attendance area. But she said their studies validated DeKalb’s concern about “budgetary constraints.” Out of 153 campuses total, DeKalb currently offers 14 magnet programs, seven “theme” schools (schools that concentrate on a specific discipline, such as technology) and four system-run charter schools. Last year, officials also announced a four-year effort to increase choice programs in more neighborhood schools; when finished, they say DeKalb will offer more than 40 choice options. No other system in Georgia has as wide a range in magnet and choice schools as DeKalb or offers as wide a range of bus service.
Does he like me or think i'm a creep?? i'm so confused? so there was this cute guy on my academy bus and then like a week later i find him on facebook so i add him and then he sends me a message saying "hey you ride my academy bus right?" and i was SO excited that he knew i existed lol.. then we talked a little and the convo eventually ended but everytime we'd see each other on the bus he'd say hi.. but that's it. then i started seeing him everywhere i go.. like in the lunch line, halls and he looked up at the same time i glanced over at him walking by so it looked like i was stalking him.. and then at the football game my friend yelled his name but i turned around so he couldn't see me but he gave her a freaked out look.. then today he gave ME a weird looks and didn't say hi... idk i feel like i creep him out? i'm kinda curious if he's weirded out or interested? idkkk :/

I need help understanding my brother? He's 20 years old and a bit different. I think he's confused about his sexuality, one time when he was 16 he yelled at my dad and he was violent and said he was gay, and that was his problem, and then right away he said he didn't mean it and that he was being confused etc. He never focuses to one goal, one day a boxer, the next a baseball player, a swimmer, a academy award winner and so on, its very scattered but he says he'll accomplish all of this, but he's never pursued acting and he was a poor swimmer. My dad doesn't really...cease the dreams and help him focus, if my brother says something say "I want to go to this school" And the school is 2000 miles away and he's already enrolled in another school, my dad will say something along the lines of "Ok but I can't do anything about it now I'm to busy, figure it out yourself and we'll try to make it happen" Basically sugar coating it, when infact with our money situation, I don't think we can afford that. He started becoming different when he was in 6th grade, we moved to the midwest and he really didn't want to go. He was picked on by the other kids because he was better at certain sports, he was called gay, and called a girl, and some physical assualt to, such as getting beat up by a older kid for being different, and at lunch he would get food thrown at him and at the bus stop he would get rocks chucked at his head all the time. It only got worse when our dog was hit by a car and he had to go to a mental hospital, he was so insecure and we couldn't do anything, my mom was at a loss and it was what our grandparents suggested. From that point he really hated animals and all of our pets, he refused to get close to them, and our pets are treated like family, they are a big part in our lives. Basically he suffered a lot of abuse during that time (11-13) he was homeschooled because my mom refused to bring him back to that school, and then he moved back to where we were living before, and he got better for a while, we moved back to our old neighborhood, he went to the middle school he wanted to and then it was pretty much ok. Then highschool came and he had bad luck with girls, and his grades floundered, he barely passed. He was on the baseball team but quit because he was struggling so bad with school work. He went to a different highschool, one that was far away and he didn't want to go to it but in the end liked it. I guess not to much happened there, but he started dressing strange, such as wearing shirts that were really stand outish and strange, like collared shirts with dragons on them and floral print with a weird base color. He's always been violent and angry, he's punched walls, he's emotional and sensitive and very shy around people. His mood flips, he'll be nice to me, but then terrible to me, he'll say something just horrible to me, and then he'll take it back and be all "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't mean it" its sincere but he does this ALL the time that I forgive him but its just hard to get over it. His boss said he was slow to me regarding his work, which I've noticed too. And he also is extremely scared about his body image. He doesn't want to get fat, so he won't eat at times. No matter what, everyone trys to feed him but nothing changes. He does eat, but freaks out if the scale reads 140 instead of 138 lbs. He's not short, almost 6ft so he can deffinately gain weight. I just really need help in how I can understand him, like what I can do. I'm not trying to seem like a judgy, mean person, I want to help him.

I need help. I am deeply depressed and confused.? Hi. I will cut right to my query, and problem. Until recently I attended an unnamed school, where I really enjoyed everyday. This school then merged with another unnamed school, creating an academy. After the summer holiday's had finished, I went to this new academy open minded, and ready to learn, only to realize after the first day that it wasn't for me. I went to school the day after, still open minded, but not very optimistic about the whole situation. Now this is where my problem started, I got on the Bus for school, and I was being verbally abused really horribly, by some "Big cool people" within my year group, I just got on with my own business when one of them decided to overstep the line and started slapping me across the back of the head, I decided to ignore this too, this same person then shouted around the Bus so everyone on-board could hear "I think he should go kill himself". Completely distraught, I got off the Bus and walked the countless miles back to my house. I am now refusing to go back to School for 2 reasons. The first being that I don't agree with the merge, and think it is a bad idea, and the second being that I dont go to school to be abused. After a year of getting physically bullied at an old school, I found refuge away from bullies in the school that had just got merged. I am now worried that I will consider silly things like leaving full-time education, and my parents will support me no matter what I do. So I am just curious, what options would I have? I am currently in year 11. Thanks for reading :)
Why are we still forcing integration? Louisiana has like many states in the so called south distinct racial lines and sometimes poverty lines. There are a few cases brought on by the NAACP. Some folks felt like they were being segregated against. Some may have been. There were two schools in Tangipahoa Parish. Kenner was a predominantly black school (system). The school was in a 80-90 % black nieghborhood. So if a neighborhood is suppose to represent its surroundings then the school should be 80-90 %. Loranger was a mostly white neighborhood of middle to upper class with some lower class (income based) folks. Yet there was a plan to force white kids to move from a majority white area and school to a predominantly black school and send some black kids to the white school to EQUALIZE the student racial ratio. Yet, when the parents of these kids learned this they withdrew their kid from the school system and either sent them to private academies or homeschooled costing the school system to lose millions in revenue. "If this was all about desegregating schools, it didn't work," said Stephen Caldas, a desegregation expert at Hofstra University in New York who formerly taught at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. "The consequences were pretty much the opposite of what we want: The middle class left, took all of their social capital and financial capital, and moved to the middle-class parishes that surround them." East Baton Rouge Parish schools were released from federal court supervision a few weeks ago in a case that dated back to 1956. But many critics have said the long federal case there strayed from its intended goal. During the intervening 51 years, a federal judge recused himself, and two parish towns, Zachary and Baker, formed their own school districts in protest. Schools fell into disrepair; no new school taxes were passed for nearly three decades, from the late '60s until 1998. Former Superintendent Gary Mathews, who ran the district from 1995 through 2001, publicly said conditions in the schools were "comparable to that of some Third World countries." Up until 1981, little was done to integrate the schools, so a federal judge stepped in with a sweeping plan to bus students and combine many schools. The decision caused white families, who at the time made up 60 percent of the student population, to largely abandon the system. Since the late 1970s, the number of white students declined from nearly 42,000 to fewer than 8,000, and private school enrollment has surged. Black students make up nearly 80 percent of the district's population. "The very children for whom the desegregation order was intended turned out to be those who were harmed the most by the atrocious forced-busing plan that was in place," said Mathews, who now works as a superintendent in Williamsburg, Va. "My view is the courts had the right motive, but they were employing the wrong means." so why exactly should the school system be enforcing this kind of integration

Should I go along with this, or....? ( Has to do with plotline)? Should her mother be an actress or not? PLOT LINE SO FAR: A girl is the daughter of a famous actress. Her father was her boyfriend from when she was young (seventeen, about) and before she went into the acting business (Bisuness? Buisiness? Buisness?) who left her when he found out she was pregnant. The media knows about her, but very little, being as she is hidden from the media inside her mother's house, taught by selected tutors. She's thirteen, give or take. She's quiet, but stubborn and quick minded. Also, she inherited her talent from her mother. She secretly sneaks out of the house when her studies are over, or when there is no schooling and everyone excpects her to entertain herself. Before, she alters her appearence by just a bit. She travels to places by bus or by walking, and takes on a whole new personality. She's the girl at the bookstore with the kentucky accent, looking for a book on cooking desserts to make for when her elderly aunt comes to visit, the girl at the petshop asking advice on her brother's new snake, just a random, unkown girl, completley different in every place she visits. Latley, she senses that somone has been following her. Anyways, one day she gets summoned to the police; she has no idea why. It turns out, a policeman had been confused at seeing the same girl two times, looking the same but behaving completley different. He just let this go. But, the third time this happened, he was sure it was the same girl, and that something odd was going on. He'd kept an eye on her, finding her usual spots and amused by this strange girl who became different people every place she went. He began watching her at long distance, watching how easily she became the other person and developed their false identity. Completley beleivable. He'd brought it up to his boss, and from that, it traveled to aimportant govermental figure, who'd been told by an.. agent, I should say. At the police station, the agent of that important person was there, explaining why she'd been summoned. Thy tell her that her acting talents and impersonation abitilities have been noticed, and they'd like to put them to good use. For the goverment, they say. It's too long to tell you the whole thing, but basiclly they want her to join a sort of... spy academy. She could help the goverment, they say, so talented that she is. Of course, she joins, looking for adventure. It's not like school, with all that junk, but the spy basics. It'll be only six months, I think. Then, They'll send her out on what they think is a simple, easy mission, which is sort of a 'traiing mission' because she's got to convince them that she's a boy and must gather as much information as she can. She's being sent to a all-boys boarding school for the mission. AS I said, just to gather information. However, the case is much more dangerous then anyone thought, and the girl gets deeply involved... So, should she ne the daughter of a famous actress, or if not, what would her parent's be (status, etc. etc, etc....) Thanks in advance!!!

So, is this a good idea, or does anyone have a better suggestion..? *(Story plotline)*? So, should she ne the daughter of a famous actress, or if not, what would her parent's be (status, etc. etc, etc....) Thanks in advance!!!

what do I wear to my new boyfriend's lacrosse practice? ahh! me and the boy I really really like started going out a couple of days ago (two dates & two kisses :D). the day before our first official date, he asked me to go to his lacrosse practice. I took my bff with me and we sat on the side and talked (and admired how fit he is ;D). but that was only with four members of the team and we weren't realllly dating. tomorrow is the entire team's practice. they're all in a military academy (I'm in the smart school on the same campus) and super tight with teasing. he even told me to expect a lot of teasing, so I'm trying to prepare. anyway, I was thinking that by dressing well I could cut off that line of teasing (because if they say something about the way I look I'll get really embarrassed and feel stupid and I don't want that) SOOOOOOOO what do I wear?! it's florida in december, the expected temperature for tomorrow is a high of 58 DD: with wind. I want to be warm AND cute, you know? do I wear light/dark/medium colored jeans? brown boots or low top converse? cream scarf or no scarf? a v-neck shirt with long sleeves or a striped long sleeved shirt? most of my stuff is cute ;) I have blond hair (I'll be wearing it back in a wavyish ponytail (or straightened?!). bright blue eyes and brown eyeliner, no make up otherwise (or is that bad?! I don't usually wear any besides eyeliner, chapstick, and under-eye cover up if it's bad). I have "c cup" boobs, according to the guys on my bus. and a healthy butt lololol. my clothes all fit well. and over the top of everything I'll be wearing a dark leather aviator style jacket :D if you can help I'd love it, sorry it's so long^^

eh boy can u help me please 10 points? hey i'm italian and tomorrow i'm having a english test on four articles and i can't understand what this article speaks about,so can you help me making a summary or saying the most important things?? thanks A creeping return to segregation of American schools has left its classrooms as racially divided today as they were in 1969, at the height of the civil rights movement. A Harvard study has found that most white schoolchildren now have "little contact" with ethnic minorities. The study, timed to coincide with Martin Luther King Day today, a federal holiday honouring the assassinated civil rights leader, found that America's schools reached a high point of racial integration in 1988. Since then a string of court rulings and federal policy changes have handed autonomy back to school districts, effectively abandoning forced integration of classrooms. In the South, state courts have gone further, banning programmes that consider race in the formation of school populations. The effects have been dramatic. Prof Gary Orfield, the primary author of the study, said: "Nationally, more than a third of African-American students are at schools that are more than 90 per cent non-white. "The situation is much better than it was 50 years ago, but the trends are bad," said Prof Orfield, a Harvard professor of education and social policy. "Apart from the army and higher education, we don't have any institutions trying to build a multi-racial society." The forced de-segregation of American schools began half a century ago this year, with the Supreme Court's Brown v Board of Education decision, which found that "separate but equal" schools were "inherently unequal". The schools' policy led to the most bitter conflicts of the civil rights era. The 1950s and 1960s saw armed stand-offs and riots on school doorsteps across the South, and federal troops ordered to escort black children to their classrooms, past angry lines of white parents, Southern police and national guardsmen. The 1970s was the high-point of bussing, the controversial court-ordered policy that transported students into white neighbourhoods from black areas on the "wrong side of the tracks". That policy sparked protest even in the north of the country, with violent rioting in Boston. In 1988, 43 per cent of black children in the American South attended mostly-white schools, which just three decades before had been off-limits. Following a 1991 Supreme Court decision allowing a return to "neighbourhood schools" instead of bussing, black children have started vanishing from white schools. The driving factor behind segregation in much of America is the de facto division of residential areas into black, white and Latino neighbourhoods, and the long-term exodus of white families from many urban areas. The racial divide is stronger than mere economics, with middle-class blacks still often living cheek-by-jowl with their poorer racial compatriots. Richer white parents in the most isolated pockets of the rural South simply took themselves out of the public school system, moving to private academies which are almost all-white.

Need a joke? Ah, beer. The cause of and the solution to all of life's problems. Who are you? Why am I here? I want answers now or I want them eventually! Because they're stupid, that's why. That's why everybody does everything! That's it! You people have stood in my way long enough. I'm going to clown college! You know those balls that they put on car antennas so you can find them in the parking lot? Those should be on every car! Marge, I'm going to miss you so much. And it's not just the sex! It's also the food preparation. When I look at the smiles on all the children's faces, I just know they're about to jab me with something. America's health care system is second only to Japan, Canada, Sweden, Great Britain, well...all of Europe. But you can thank your lucky stars we don't live in Paraguay! It's like something out of that "twilighty" show about that zone. Whenever Marge turns on one of her "non-violent" programs, I take a walk. I go to a bar, I pound a few, then I stumble home in the mood for love... It's not easy to juggle a pregnant wife and a troubled child, but somehow I managed to fit in eight hours of TV a day. English? Who needs that? I'm never going to England! Oh no! What have I done? I smashed open my little boy's piggy bank, and for what? A few measly cents, not even enough to buy one beer. Wait a minute, lemme count and make sure...not even close! Or what? You'll release the dogs? Or the bees? Or the dogs with bees in their mouth and when they bark they shoot bees at you? You're saying butt-kisser like it's a bad thing! Well, let's just call them, uh, Mr. X and Mrs. Y. So anyway, Mr. X would say, 'Marge, if this doesn't get your motor running, my name isn't Homer J. Simpson.' I know what you're saying, Bart. When I was young, I wanted an electric football machine more than anything else in the world, and my parents bought it for me, and it was the happiest day of my life. Well, goodnight! Apu, you got any Skittle Brau? Never mind, just give me some Duff and a pack of Skittles. You'll have to speak up, I'm wearing a towel. Mmmmmm - 52 slices of American cheese. Hey, I asked for ketchup - I'm eatin' salad here! When I first heard that Marge was joining the police academy, I thought it would be fun and zany, you know like that movie... "Spaceballs". But instead it was dark and disturbing, like that movie "Police Academy". I think Mr. Smithers picked me for my motivational skills. Everyone always says they have to work twice as hard when I'm around! Marge, it takes two to lie. One to lie, and one to listen. Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand! I'm trying to fix your mother's camera. Easy, easy - Hmmm. I think I need a bigger drill. You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is 'never try'. Oh, everything's too damned expensive these days. Like this Bible. It cost 15 bucks! And talk about a preachy book! Everybody's a sinner! Except this guy. Here's to alcohol - the cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems. God bless those pagans. Don't let Krusty's death get you down, boy. People die all the time, just like that. Why, you could wake up dead tomorrow! Well, good night! If you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now, quiet, they're about to announce the lottery numbers! You couldn't fool your mother on the foolingest day of your life if you had an electrified fooling machine. Go ahead and play the blues if it'll make you happy. I'm a white male, age 18 to 49. Everyone listens to me, no matter how dumb my suggestions are. All right, let's not panic. I'll make the money by selling one of my livers. I can get by with one. Woo hoo! 350 dollars! Now I can buy 70 transcripts of Nightline! Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything. 14% of people know that. You know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like women. You just have to read the manual and press the right button. I hope I didn't brain my damage! We'll die together, like a father and son should. Let us celebrate this agreement with the adding of chocolate to milk. We're gonna get a new TV. Twenty-one inch screen, realistic flesh tones, and a little cart so we can wheel it into the dining room on holidays! First you don't want me to get the pony, then you want me to take it back. Make up your mind! Son, a woman is a lot like a... a refrigerator! They're about six feet tall, 300 pounds. They make ice, and... um... Oh, wait a minute. Actually, a woman is more like a beer. Now what is a wedding? Well, Webster's dictionary describes a wedding as the process of removing weeds from one's garden. Now, Marge, don't discourage the boy. Weaseling out of things is what separates us from the animals. Except the weasel. You can't go wrong with cocktail weenies. They look as good as they taste. And they come in this delicious red sauce. It looks like ketchup, it tastes like ketchup, but brother, it ain't ketchup! I saw this movie about a bus that had to SPEED around a city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode! I think it was called "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down." I don't have to be careful, I've got a gun! I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me, Superman! Oh, they have Internet on computers now. Marge I swear, I never thought that you would find out. Shut up, brain, or I'll stab you with a Q-Tip! I am so smart, I am so smart, S M R T, I mean S M A R T. I'm not gonna lie to you, Marge. Terror on the ACADEMY bus lines...well? What evidence is in your hand if your luggage is stolen, during your return trip at a stop or you are objected to terror on ACADEMY buses? They sell tickets not to have anything in your hand about it after you board backward, if you have not precautious enough to photograph your ticket before you start your trip. It has happened to me at Academy bus #1808 I have boarded at Tropicana by Dec.26 ‘09 Saturday at 11.30 am By their next pick up stop at the Taj Mahal, 3 big fat people, 2 woman along one man boarded, and one of them , a woman sat on the sit next to me, extending her room there that I was tightened to the window close on my seat. When I have protested pushing me in that manner, the others were picked upon me with all derogatory manner, the bus driver came back and - would you - believe it - he threatened me to unboard Instead giving the fat woman a double sea (there were 2 of that on the bus when it happened during the ride Far away from any station on the highway, I’d left helplessly left on if so) For all passengers was too clear that who is pushing whom, the bus driver had to give a seat to the fat, woman, but all along the trip I was objected to the filth of talk from the mouth of the fat woman, and not a word the bus driver has had at my behalf. So what can I do to sue the company for what I have had to experience during my trip on their bus? My cool and solidarity toward them was just to unreasonably extent. My question is: where should I start the lawsuit for my lost property (happened also wintertime yrs ago) when the Academy bus started to burn from its engines, and all of us on were unboarded by emergency..? Should I litigate ém in New York, or in New Yersey ?
